CFP: Victorian Motherhood, NeMLA (9/30/2012; 3/21-24/2013)

What is the intersection between literature and these concepts? Topics to consider include but are not limited to: philosophical constructs of motherhood, societal expectations and realities, idealizing the Victorian mother, radical motherhood, and literary mothering.
